The Cru advanced to the championship game of the ASC Softball Championship Tournament and also earned the right to host the program's first NCAA Division III Softball Regional. UMHB finished the 2023 season with a 35-14 mark, tying the program's record for wins in a season.

Mojica helped the Cru to a 115-70 record in her five-year tenure as assistant coach. The Cru advanced to four ASC championships tournaments and finished the abbreviated 2020 season ranked tenth in the country.

Mojica was also an All-American softball player at Temple College. She played for two Texas Junior College Northern Conference Championships under former UMHB Head Coach Larry Hennig with the Leopards.

Soccer in College gave me a good point of reference for perspective coaches, somewhere I could direct them to see all of my data, in a well-organized, efficient manner. It was a good tool for my recruiting efforts.
