• Rainout Policy & Refunds
      This event is a qualifier for the World Series in Panama City Beach. The tournament directors reserve the right to alter the event format in order to reach a finish. If the event cannot be completed, if possible, the director will award teams by standings on COMPLETED games. Games that were in progress when play was stopped will not count in standings.
       
      Refund Policy:
      • 1 Game Played = 50% Refund
      • Second Game Starts= No Refund
      Complete Rainout:
      • All teams will receive participation points and a 80% refund will be issued within 14 days.
      • 20% will be retained for administration purposes.
      • All teams will be qualified for the World Series.
