We accept all Insurance: Nations, AAU, USSSA, Little league, Babe Ruth, etc....

Pay Umpire at Plate - $40 per game
Gate Fees: $12 Day Pass or $38 Event Pass
Each team is allowed up to 3 coaches in free along with roster-ed players
Pitching Rules: A pitcher can pitch no more than 30 outs for the event, if a player pitches more than 9 outs in a day then he must take a day rest. No pitcher can pitch more than 18 outs in a day. Coaches must sign score cards and verify pitching after each game. Charts will be kept at control center.
No forfeits in "Greater Orlando Baseball" events. Penalty is, Manager will be ejected for that game and the following game.
Itinerary 5 Day Event
Day 1 Wednesday (all at New Smyrna Beach Sports Complex)
6:00pm-9:00pm (or til done)
Feast at Park. Free food for Players and Coaches, Pin Trading,
Team Check-Ins (need copy of birth certificates and printed roster with First Name, Last Names, and Numbers. First come first serve, no reservations (will take about five minutes per team)
6:30pm-9:00pm (or til done)
Home Run Derby (Your own Coaches throw to your players, 5 players per team). 10 outs (out is any swing (foul, tip, miss or any ball in play) that does not leave the park). 13/14u 200' fence, 12u 195' fence, 9u-11u will use temp fence or hitting location on field for approx 140-160'
Around the Horn 8-10u 60, 11/12u 70, 13/14u 90 (catcher to third, third to second, second to first, first to home (clock starts on first throw and ends when ball pops mitt at home (feet must tag all bases)) Each team will get two attempts and keeps best time. 2 second penalty for dropped ball
Roadrunner (home to home for time, 5 players per team)
Golden Arm (throws centerfield to home, three players per team). 5 throws from approximately 120-140' for points.

Day 4 Saturday
8am-6pm Bracket Play
