      This is a United States Specialty Sports Association, (USSSA), Sanctioned State Qualifier, qualifying teams to the USSSA State Tournament. Entry is open to all A, AA, AAA, and Major teams 8u-18u. Each team will receive 3 coach’s passes.

      Tournament Format

      The tournament format for this event varies based upon the number of teams per division.  Championship brackets are based on results from all pool play games, not classification.

      Schedules Published and Notifications
      Schedules are posted at www.ncusssasports.com by Thursday at 5:00PM the week of the tournament.

      Please check the schedule for changes and especially during inclement weather.

      Coaches and spectators will be able to get live updates sent to your phone or email. In order to get the updates your contact information must be up to date with your roster on www.usssa.com. You may click on the Schedules page above and choose Sign Up/Scores Updates

      Itinerary
      Pool Play begins Saturday at 9:00 AM.
      Single Elimination Bracket Begins Sunday at 9:00 AM
      Championship Games Sunday at 5:00 PM (TENTATIVE)

      Games
      4GG for 8U-12U with no "bye" protection, 3GG for 13U-18U (weather permitting)
      Most teams play 4 - 5 games each weekend

      Entry Fee Payment

      8U $100
      9U-12U $190
      13U $205
      14U-15U $215
      16U-18U $225

      $15 Dollars More if Paid Online at http://www.usssa.com/

      If your Team Drops out after 5:00 PM Wednesday the week of the event you are Charged a $100 Administrative Drop Fee, If team drops out after schedule has been posted team will be charged FULL amount of entry before playing in another USSSA event, teams that drop out will be required to pay up front for future events as well.

      Playing Request
      Coaches we will do our best to honor your playing request. Playing requests must be submitted either in your special request box when registering or by phone/text by 2:00PM on Wednesday. If we see any problems or a consistent pattern with your requests you will be notified.

    • We've enhanced our tournament services to help make your participation in our event more interactive and enjoyable. 

      You can sign up for messaging to keep up with pitching records and scores of games you can't attend.  Your family and friends at home can also keep up with your results.

      Of course, we'll be posting the scores online ASAP and will show the standings and tie-breakers as the tournament progresses.
