REFUND POLICY: Teams will receive a refund after brackets are done with exception of $50.00 for administrative fees, if the event is cancelled before any games are played. Rainout refunds will vary based on number of games played of the guaranteed games, and amount of entry fee. Refunds will be returned to the team, refund will not be applied to another tournament unless requested. If a team drops after brackets are posted and forfeits are awarded, umpire fees and administrative fees are deducted. Payments are due 14 days prior to the event or a credit card will be requested to have on file for payment.
This is a benefit tournament. All proceeds will be donated to the Peyton Riekhoff Foundation.

The Foundation is working to educate our community and schools on youth and teen mental health issues and suicide prevention. We provide and support community services and programs that decrease the stigma surrounding mental illness.
