If your team is sanctioned above C in any other association you will not be able to play in our C division for this tourney.  You will have to play in the open. Deadline on your classification  is May 6th).  The 5 person appeals committee will determine by then if you can play C.

Teams in C division can have 1 pick up player that is on a B roster(B on any roster in any association) but that player can not be a pitcher.
