Coaches - due to the addition of teams to our Gold Cup Stage 3 event - we had to make some minor adjustments to the parks we will be using this weekend. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience these changes have on your team.
12U Open and 14U Open will be playing in Splendora at the Ipes Road Sports Complex - 24840 Ipes Rd, Splendora, TX 77372
12U C Class and 14U C Class will be playing in Willis at the Willis Fastpitch Complex - 13551 Rogers Road, Willis, Texas 77378
10U Open and 10U C Class will be playing in Humble at Linsday Lyons Sports Complex - 2310 Atascocita Road, Humble, Texas 77396
There is a gate fee at all three parks this weekend - Willis, Humble and Splendora - $7 per day or $10 for the weekend. Coaches, players in the event and children 10 and under are free.
Rosters and Insurance - Please make sure your proof of insurance and rosters are up to date on your USFA Team Page. All teams are required to have proof of insurance uploaded and all players in the event need to be entered on the roster. Rosters and Insurance needs to be completed by Friday at noon.
Tournament Entry Fee - please pay your entry fee no later than Friday, June 18th. You can send entry via PayPal to maggie@starsovertxsoftball.com (friends and family please) or Venmo @MGuerrero00. Entry is $250, however if your team played in BOTH Stage 1 and Stage 2 - your entry is reduced to $100. Please include your team name with your payment so it can be credited to your account. If you would prefer to pay exact cash at check-in - please let us know so we can note your account.
We are looking forward to an awesome event. Schedules should be released late Tuesday or early Wednesday.

Gold Cup is one of the most fun series of events USFA hosts. There will be 3 separate stages to the Gold Cup series, and the dates are below. One of the cool aspects of this event, is that every game counts! We will also be using Performance Brackets giving teams chances for more games and points. Teams will accumulate points for each event they play in and the totals are tracked with the team in each Division that has the highest point total is the Gold Cup Winner.
Stage 1: 2/26-2/28 3x Points Spring Klein-Collins, Burroughs
Stage 2: 4/23-4/25 3x Points Pearland-Centennial, Shadow Creek
Stage 3: 6/18-6/20 5x Points 10U - Humble, 12U - Willis, 14u Splendora
Gold Cup Winners will get an additional 100 points for winning the Cup
Gold Cup Winning team will also get a free set of team jerseys
*Teams do not have to play in all 3 to be able to win the cup, it’s all about point accumulation.
Entry Fee $250 per event (*Note if you play in all 3 stages your entry fee for Stage 3 is reduce to $100)
8u $200 per event; If playing in all 3 stages entry fee reduced to $50 for #3
Gate Fee: $10 Weekend Pass; $7 Daily Children 10& Under are free

We will have Open & C-Class Divisions; Note if you play in the Open division in any event you can not move down to play in C-Class. Play in Open and you have to play in Open throughout.
