Couple of Reminders and Suggestions: We recommend you ask your players and parents to arrive 10-20 minutes after Blind Draw, That way you can direct them to correct field.
Brackets are posted for this weekends "Turbo". See below draw times for your age group and divisions.
All Draws will take place at the designated areas and times below

9U Blue Draw time 8:00am (in front of concessions), First games 9:00am or 10:10am
Northwest Complex Apopka
9U Red Draw time 8:10am (Middle of lower quad fields A-D), First games 8:50am or 9:50am
10U Draw time 7:50am (Middle of lower quad fields A-D), First games 8:40am or 9:40am
11U Blue Draw time 7:40am (Middle of front quad fields I-L), First games 8:30am or 9:40am
11U Red Draw time 8:00am (Middle of front quad fields I-L), First games at 8:40am or 9:50am
12U Blue Draw time 8:40am (Middle of mid quad fields E-H), First games 9:30am or 9:40am
12U Red Draw time 9:40am (Middle of mid quad fields E-H), First games at 10:40am or 11:50am
13/14AA Draw time 8:20am (Middle of mid quad fields E-H), First games 9:00am or 10:10am
All games have a 5 inning or 55 minute time limit. Time starts on first pitch
No Drop dead- no new inning after 55 minutes.
Pitching limits 18 outs anytime
You can check pitching records before games only (at the quads control centers), you can not stop game once the game has started to confirm pitching
(illegal pitchers will be removed from the mound, no forfiets)
Tournament format will be a double elimination format
4 run rule per inning for 9u,
Run Rule 10-14 ages - 15 after 2, 10 run after 3, 8 after 4
One free defensive time out (visit to mound) per game - no offensive time outs
3 Game guarantee ( first 2 teams eliminated will play a consolation game for medals)

Kids 12 and under are free. Each team is allowed up to 3 coaches in free along with rostered players
"Turbo Baseball Tournaments" are designed to create an accelerated event that will include all the competition and excitement of a normal weekend tournament, but to fullfill all these needs at a pace that will be accomplished in one 9:00am to 6:00pm day. Yes one day 9:00am -6:00pm.
How does it work?
It is a minimum 4 and maximum 8 team event (could be multiple divisions per age group)
All Coaches will arrive by 8:00am (or designated time for age group) to do a blind draw for tournament brackets
All teams will begin their first game at 9:00am (10:00am at latest), or one hour after divisions draw time
