Dear Coaches, Administrators, and Baseball Families,
 
Sorry...  The Empire has Struck Out.  Although the fields are workable and in good shape at this time, the forecast calls for more thunderstorms and rain in our areas from 6:00am-9:30am and then pesty rain through out the day, so we are canceling all games today. 
 
We appreciate your efforts:
 
"Super 8" points will be awarded according to seeding from Saturday.
 
If your team did not get to play or complete one game, then you will get 100% refund or credit to a future event of your choice and a 100% credit for gate passes for a future event as well.  Coaches (or team administrators) must collect the gate bands from parents and exchange for new bands for a future event of your choice.
 
If your team only got to play 1 game then you will get a 100% credit for team entry fee towards a future event of your choice.
 
If your team got to play two games Saturday then you will get a 50% credit for team entry fee towards a future event of your choice.

7u-8u MP $40 Entry plus $15 per game umpires

8UKP-10U $80 Entry plus $20 per game umpire/$15 8KP

11U-12U $120 Entry plus $20 per game umpire

13U-14U $150 Entry plus $25 per game umpire

Bracket Play Umpire fees 9-12 $40, 13-18 $45 per game

Gate Fees: $8 Day Pass $12 Weekend Pass

Kids 12 and under are free. Each team is allowed up to 3 coaches in free along with rostered players
