This is a United States Specialty Sports Association, (USSSA), Sanctioned Event. Entry is open to all teams. Each team will receive 3 coach’s passes.

Tournament Format
The tournament format for this events will be as followed:
Pool Play followed by Bracket Play
# of Pool Play an Bracket Play games varies dependent on amount of teams in division
All games will be 1hr 15 min, finish the batter
Schedules Published and Notifications
Schedules are posted at www.ncusssafastpitch.org by Wednesday at 10:00PM the week of the tournament.
Please check the schedule for changes and especially during inclement weather.

Itinerary
Pool Play begins Saturday at 8 AM (TENTATIVE)
Single Elimination Bracket Begins after all Pool Play games are done
Championship Games Saturday at 6:00 PM (TENTATIVE)
Games
The event will guarantee 4 games (weather permitting)
Most teams play 4 - 5 games each weekend

Entry may be paid online via credit card at http://www.usssa.com/
If your Team Drops out after 5:00 PM Wednesday the week of the event you are Charged a $100 Administrative Drop Fee, If team drops out after schedule has been posted team will be charged FULL amount of entry before playing in another USSSA event, teams that drop out will be required to pay up front for future events as well.

Playing Request
Coaches we will do our best to honor your playing request. Playing requests must be submitted either in your special request box when registering or by phone/text by 2:00PM on Tuesday. If we see any problems or a consistent pattern with your request you will be notified.
