This is a United States Specialty Sports Association, (USSSA), Sanctioned Event. Entry is open to all teams. Each team will receive 3 coach’s passes.

Tournament Format
Format will be determined based on # of teams in division
Pool Play games will be 1 hr 5 min, finish the inning
Bracket games will be 1 hr 15 min, finish the inning
Championship games will be 2 Hours or 7 innings, whichever occurs first

Schedules are posted at www.ncusssasports.com by Wednesday at 10:00PM the week of the tournament.
Please check the schedule for changes and especially during inclement weather.

Itinerary
Pool Play begins Saturday at 8 AM (TENTATIVE)
Single Elimination Bracket Begins after all Pool Play games are done
Championship Games Saturday at 6:00 PM (TENTATIVE)
Games
The event will guarantee 4 games (weather permitting with no bye protection)
Most teams play 4 - 5 games each weekend

Playing Request
Coaches we will do our best to honor your playing request. Playing requests must be submitted either in your special request box when registering or by phone/text by 2:00PM on Tuesday. If we see any problems or a consistent pattern with your request you will be notified.
