  All games will be played at the Beaumont Athletic Complex located at 950 Langham Rd Beaumont, TX 77707 on complexes 2 & 4 on fields D,E,F and J,K, and L
  
  DIVISIONS
  
  8U - 14U
  
  Entry fee $175
  
  Awards
  
  1st place will receive rings and Big Mouth Bownet
  
  2nd place will receive rings and bucket of game balls
  
  3rd place will receive medallions
  
  8 or more teams in divsion to receive 1st thru 3rd awards, less than 8 teams in division will receive 1st and 2nd place awards only
  
  Game Format:
  
  5 Game Format that will kick off with 4-60 min seeding games on Saturday that will finish the inning leading into a 70 minute single elimination bracket on Sunday to determine a Champion. (60 Min for 8u)
  
  Rosters will need to be completed online by each team prior to the first game starting
  
  Insurance proof will need to be turned in at check-in
  
  Seeding Breakdown:
  
  Win = 3 Points
  
  Tie = 1 Point
  
  Loss = 0 Points
  
  Tie Breaker #1 Head to Head Tie Breaker #2 Runs Allowed Ties Breaker #3 Run Differential
  
  Bracket will be set once the last game is completed Saturday night
  
  Please use the USFA Mobile App for schedules and standing updates
  
  Gate Fees:
  
  $10 Weekend or Daily Passes $6 each for ages 10 & up
  
  Coaches will receive 3 wristbands for their staff
  
  8U coaches will receive 4 wristbands
  
  Gates will open at 6:30am Saturday/Sunday
  
  No Coolers or outside food or drink
  
  1 Team Cooler band will be given to Coach at check-in
  
  Refund Policy
  
  3 games played = No refund
  
  2 games played = $50
  
  1 game played = $100
