Stars Over Texas Softball will be hosting the Super 8 Turf Wars with a great format that gives a large number of games at a great time of the year. Each team will play 8-75 min games in a Championship Round Robin where every game counts using the USFA scoring system to crown a winner. The leader in points after the 8 games are completed will win the Super 8 Turf Wars Championship. This format is so much fun because it makes every game count along with giving  each team a chance to get in about 48-50+ innings for the weekend! Pearland, TX is going to play host to this great event for 2021! We will have a limited number of spots for this event, so you want to sign up quickly!

 

Date: May 7th-9th Friday Night Start

 

Location: Pearland, TX- Centennial Park/Shadow Creek Sports Complex

               Tomball, TX- Burroughs Park

 

Points: 3x Point Regional Championship

 

Entry Fee: $225 due April 26 via PayPal or check by mail

 

Format: 8-75 Minute Games Championship Round Robin Format 

 

Point Scoring System: Wins = 3 Points, Ties = 1, Loss = 0, Forfiet Win 3 Points (Score 7-1)

 

USFA will provide games balls for the event- 11" balls are on backorder, so no balls for 10u this weekend; 12u/14u in stock

 

PAP Umpires $40 each

 

Divisions:

10u Open, 10u C-Class, 12u Open, 12u C-Class, 14u, Open, 14u C-Class

 

Team must have roster entered online

 

Gate Fees: $10 weekend pass, $7 Daily Pass (Coaches (3), players, 7 kids 10-under get free entry
