ARMBANDS

We will be offering one day and weekend armbands for this event. Yes, the weekend band will be for all three days!

• One day band: $10

• Weekend band: $15

• Children 12&Under are free

• Coaches MUST sign in and receive a coach arm band

***Gates will be CASH ONLY***

***Armbands MUST BE WORN ON YOUR WRIST for re-entry***

TEAM COSTUME CONTEST

This contest will be judged on Facebook again this year! So make sure you like/follow our page so you can vote!

• 1 like = 1 vote

We will have a “team costume” booth near the entrance of the park (Marked with black arrow on map). Your team will need to report there in costume to have their photos taken. The post will be uploaded to Facebook at 2:00pm on Saturday, and votes will be counted Sunday at 9:00am. There will be ONE overall winner across all age divisions, so make sure your team gets as many likes as possible!

TEAM BOOTH/TENT CONTEST

This contest will be judged by a group of individuals at the event Saturday. We had tried to do this on Facebook in years prior, but quickly realized that pictures don’t give viewers the full effect in person judges will have. Team tents/booths will need to be set up in the orange areas on the map by 2:00pm Saturday, as that will be when judging begins. (Marked with orange arrow)We have awards for:

• Overall Most Original

• Overall Most Scary

• Overall Best Candy (will be judged at 4pm)

• Overall Most Funny

Please be respectful of other teams booths, and make sure young children do not accidentally damage decorations that others have worked hard and spent time setting up.

TRICK OR TREATING

Starts at 4:00pm Saturday. We ask that all booths hold their candies until then. We have noticed at some of our previous events that when everyone has candy out early in the day there was none left over for kids to trick or treat that night. We also ask that someone be present at the booth during trick or treating to avoid trick-sters stealing all of the candy.

FRIDAY NIGHT GAMES

This year we are doing something new, and starting pool play on Friday night! We can’t wait to have THREE days of Boo at the Beach softball!!

GHOST RUNNER SHIRTS

There will be a Coach check in booth near the entrance to the park. This booth will have your MVP awards, ghost runner shirts, and other information for coaches. Please make sure your coach checks in early! (We know all you softball moms keep them in check)
