Event Format - 5 game guarantee event - 3 pool games into a blind draw double elimination bracket. Pool games will be 65 minutes finish the batter and bracket will be 70 minutes finish the inning.

PAP - $45 pool and $50 bracket

Awards  - 1st and 2nd place individuals,  1st place best team costume, 1st place best decorated tent.

Additional Event information:

Pool play will start Friday night with earliest games beginning 6:40pm. Please confirm if your can play Friday.  Checkin and bracket draw table will be set up by concession stand pavilion. Please let me know if your team cannot play in tournament so I can remove you. This is a full tournament. 

When you check in at the park and blind draw for bracket please ensure you notify check in person if your team is participating in costume contest and tent contest. We kindly ask all teams to bring bags of candy and set or give out for the park trick or treating that all kids can do. This will take place in all the grass areas between the pod of 3 fields (7,8,9). Trick or treating will take place on Saturday 10/28 beginning at 6pm. 

Costume Contest will take place on Saturday 10/28.  Costumes may be worn in pool and in bracket games. Bracket games the player must have a number on the back of their costume or jersey. Pitchers cannot wear any  accessory or item that is distracting on pitching arm. Costumes must be safe to play in. Let us know at checkin table once your team is ready to take team costume picture. All teams participating will need to have their picture taken by host no later than 3pm on Saturday 10/28, winner and awards will take place shortly after. The costume contest is optional participation.  

Best decorated Tent contest will take place on Saturday 10/28. You are welcome to keep it up all weekend. All tents in contest will need to be set up no later than 5pm Saturday 10/28, winner and award will take place shortly after This tent contest is optional participation.
