NOTE: THE TOURNAMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR SUNDAHY. ALL TEAMS WILL BE REFUNDED 1/2 OF YOUR GATE FEE THAT YOU PAID. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT I DO NOT CONTROL THE FINAK DECISION WHICH WAS MADE BY THE CITIES OF OLDSMAR, PINELLAS PARK AND SAFETY HARBOR.

DATES:     Saturday and Sunday, October 10th-11th and possibly     LOCATIONS:  Oldsmar/Pinellas Park/Safety Harbor/Palm Harbor

AGE GROUPS: 8u Machine Pitch,9u Closed Base,

                       10u, 11u, 12u, 13u & 14

3 GAMES GUARANTEED: 2 Pool Games plus Single Elimination

ENTRY FEES:  8u Machine Pitch = $60 per team
                       
9u  - 12u = $125 per team
                      
13u - 14u = $150 per team

Umpire Fees Paid at the Plate:
                      8u Machine Pitch = $20 / game paid  
                      9u-12u = $40/game paid 
                     13u-14u = $45/game paid 

*TEAM GATE FEES POLICY: $200 team gate fee paid at the event
In Order to help manage human contact and to help with social distancing at our events, GSA will be implementing an UPFRONT TEAM GATE FEE. ALL teams will be responsible for paying the weekend $200 upfront gate fee prior to its first game at the tournament. It covers all parents and spectators for your team.

REFUND POLICY:  Play No games = 100% of Entry Fee, Play 1 Game = 50% of Entry Fee,                      Play 2 games = NO REFUND.

Team Gate Fees: Play 1 game or Play only 1st day = 50% of amount paid. 

  

 

 

 

 
 
All coaches and parents need to read the Covid-19 Guidelines for the park. These guidelines are set by the Countys and GSA for return to play. Coaches also need to print off the COVID-19 Youth Roster/Waiver form and have the parents sign them. All Roster/Waivers must should be submitted to the tournament director upon arrival to the park prior to your first game.  You can find these forms by clicking the RED words above for your convenience.
