Gold level teams have the ability to pull their calendar into their iPhone calendar, google calendar or outlook.
If there are people on your team are used to and happy using the calendar they are familiar with, you can have them subscribe to your calendar so they can keep on keepin' on. This feed will pull all events into their calendar. If they subscribe to via the web, the calendar will update automatically.
Caution: We cannot force the calendar feeds to update on demand, each company (apple, google, and microsoft) refresh at a different rate (usually within a couple of hours). If you have any last minute changes, please be sure to send a message along with your change!
