Coaches and parents at 8pm there can’t be any music due to park rules. Please respect this rule and turn off the music boxes. Thank you.

Coaches, the 2:40 pool games on fields 1-3 started about 40 mins early. All 2:40 bracket games on 4-8 started 20-30 mins ahead.

Coaches, as of right now all fields are 20-40 mins ahead of schedule. Please make sure you are ready to play when the game ahead of you finishes. I will keep you updated about how far ahead fields are.

Coaches all brackets are complete and online. Also just to reiterate, please make sure you are ready 30 mins prior to game time. We are going to try to stay ahead of schedule and work ahead in case we get weather later on today.

Coaches especially for pool play it’s finish the batter. Please be ready to go right after the game ahead of you. We are expecting weather this afternoon and would like to work ahead to avoid having to stay late tonight.

Coaches please remember to check in when you arrive to draw for your spot in the bracket. I am located in the modular building in the middle room.
