Staff is not allowed to handle emergency medical situations. For medical emergencies at all parks call 911 for immediate medical assistance. We will update this if it changes prior to the tournament,

The official weather policy is any game delayed for more than 15 minutes is cancelled.

All schedule changes will be posted online. 
The Online Schedule is the ONLY OFFICIAL SCHEDULE.

To keep up with what is going on before and during the tournament teams and players need to:

1. Sign up and include email, cell phone, and texting information.
2. Pay the complete tournament fee in order to be accepted into the tournament.
3. Download the Sincsports App (google play or apple store) and follow your team.
4. Download Facebook and Twitter and follow the tournament.
5. We also post all updates on the tournament website as well.

If you do all of these things you will know about changes immediately.
All cancellations are announced on facebook and twitter first.
They are then announced through the sincsports app.
Finally they are emailed to teams and the change is posted online.

We will publish an order of finish for the Single Elimination tournaments.
