Pre-Keiser

Pryor brings nearly 20 years of coaching experience to Keiser with his most recent stop at Florida National University. During his time at FNU, Pryor, who started the program in 2019, amassed an 81-41 record with the Conquistadors, including back-to-back USCAA National Championship titles (2020-21 & 2021-22). Named the USCAA National Coach of the Year (2020-21), Pryor coached four First-Team All-Americans and 10 Academic All-Americans while at FNU.


Before joining FNU, Pryor led the Blue Angels of the College of New Rochelle for three seasons. During his tenure at the College of New Rochelle, Pryor led his team to its first (16-10) and second (22-10) winning seasons and secured the College's first post-season appearance (2016-17). In addition, he twice coached the team to an NCAA DIII Scoring Title (2016-17, 2017-18).


In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Coach Pryor also served as the head coach of the Empire State Huskies from 2011-2019, helping secure NCAA DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA placements and scholarships for graduating high school players.


Personal

Pryor served in the United States Marine Corps from 1991-1995. He was honorably discharged with the rank of Corporal. He also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1995-1999.


A 1996 graduate of the College of West Virginia, Pryor is married and the father of three daughters and a son. A native of the Bronx, New York, he currently lives in West Palm Beach.

Kali Kaestner

Entering her first year with the Seahawks as an assistant coach


Pre-Keiser


Before coming to Keiser, Kaestner was an assistant coach at Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington. She arrived at Bellevue in 2023 after spending three years in Hawai’i as a pitching coach at Kamehameha Schools (September 2021 – May 2023) and head softball coach at Oahu Baseball Academy (August 2021 – August 2023).


Kaestner was a four-year letterwinner at Concordia University Saint Paul, appearing in 103 games in the circle for the Golden Bears. An All-NISC Second Team honoree as a senior, Kaestner won 38 games during her career in 43 starts. She posted 299 strikeouts for her career while recording seven saves – five in 2019 (the most in a season in CSP history).


Personal


A two-time NISC All-Academic Team member, Kaestner earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2019 from Concordia University Saint Paul and was awarded her master’s in education from her alma mater in 2021.
