Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams took over the softball program in August 2014. A 2010 graduate of Emmanuel College, with her B.S. in Early Childhood Development.

Kayla is a 2005 graduate of Jackson County High School in Jefferson, Ga., where she was a four-year letter winner in softball, basketball, and golf. She earned first team all-region honors for softball and helped lead her team to their first ever Elite Eight appearance in 2001. After high school, she signed a softball scholarship with Emmanuel College, located in Franklin Springs, GA. During her junior season at Emmanuel College she earned an all-conference award, as she finished the year hitting with a .342 avg, 14 doubles, 5 homeruns, and 22 RBI for the year, leading her team to an overall record of 32 wins and 22 losses. She was very versatile in her collegiate career, coming to Emmanuel College as a middle infielder, but taking advantage of her speed, was moved to the outfield predominantly, while also seeing time at second base and shortstop. She was a four year starter for the Lady Lions.

Kayla is entering her fifth year of coaching. She spent two years at Deerfield-Windsor High School located in Albany, Ga., as an assistant, before becoming the Head Assistant Coach at Andrew College for the past two seasons. She also coached one summer with a travel softball team based out of northeast GA.

Kayla is married to Blake Williams from Watkinsville, Ga.. He is the Head Baseball Coach at Andrew College. They have two children, Kori and Payton

Hope Dalton

Hope Renee begins her first season as assistant softball coach at Andrew College. She is a 2017 graduate of Jefferson High School, where she played first base for the Dragons throughout her high school career and also pitched. Her junior year she was 2nd team All Region and her senior year she was named 1st team All Region, along with going to the Final Four State Softball Tournament in Columbus, GA. After high school she signed to play college softball at Andrew College. Throughout her time at Andrew, she played a wide variety of positions. After Andrew she went on to coach at Jefferson High School and eventually moved up to the collegiate level and coached at Emmanuel College.

Ashtyn Bray

Ashtyn Bray is beginning her first season as assistant softball coach at Andrew College. She is a 2017 graduate of Madison County High School in Danielsville, Georgia. She was a 4 year starter for the Varsity Softball team, where they reached State-Playoffs 3 years in a row. While there, she earned the Captain’s Award, Region 8 4-AAAA Honorable Mention 3 years in a row, and NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete in 2016. She then went on to play at Andrew College, where she started in left field for the Lady Tigers. She coached with the Georgia Classics travel ball team out of Jefferson, Georgia for 5 years
