Kimberly Stiles

Kimberly Stiles enters her third season as the head coach of the softball program at the College of the Holy Cross in 2024. The 10th head coach in program history, she owns a career record of 311-297-1 and has posted a winning mark in six of her last eight seasons.


In her first year at Holy Cross in 2022, Stiles led the Crusaders to a 21-29, 8-10 PL mark, their first season of 20 or more wins since 1999 and the team tied the third highest single-season win total in program history. The eight conference wins were the most for the team since 2017 (8-10) and the Crusaders 9-4 (.692) home record was their best record since 2003 (10-9, .526). During her second year as head coach in 2023, freshman Anna Brait had an impactful season for the Crusaders as her .357 career batting average currently ranks second all-time in program history while her 55 hits were the second most during a single season in team annals.


Under Stiles leadership, the Crusaders had two National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Northeast Region honorees, Megan Yurchick (second team) and Kelly Nelson (third team) while Nelson (first team), Yurchick (second team) and Jessica Mott (second team) earned All-Patriot League honors. Academically, Jessie Nagel was voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team at designated player while Jessica Mott and Kari Jacobson earned Academic All-District Honors. Kelly Nelson and Jessica Mott were Academic All-Patriot League selections. In the conference rankings, the Crusaders saw and increase in team batting average (.250), a .48 increase (.202) from the 2021 season.


For the last five years, Stiles served as the head coach at the University of Charleston, posting an overall mark of 141-83. During the 2021 campaign, the Golden Eagles went 30-14 overall with a 23-9 mark in the Mountain East Conference. Stiles had four players earn first team All-Mountain East honors, with two making the NFCA All-Atlantic Region squad.


Previously in 2020, Stiles' team had the best start in program history at 14-2 and was ranked 23rd in the nation, before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19. In 2019, the Golden Eagles went 33-21 overall and 21-11 in the Mountain East Conference, with two selections to the All-Mountain East first team and the All-Region team.


In 2018, Charleston went 27-25 on the season, posting a 12-20 MEC record. During Stiles' first season with the Golden Eagles in 2017, the team went 37-21 with five All-Conference honorees, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.


Prior to her time at Charleston, Stiles spent six years as the head coach at Davis & Elkins College from 2011-2016. She posted a 33-21 mark in 2016 and won at least 20 games in four of her six seasons at the helm of the program. Stiles also served Davis & Elkins in additional administrative roles, acting as the Assistant Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator.


Previously, Stiles was an assistant coach at Midwestern State University from 2008-2010. During the 2010 campaign, she helped the Mustangs to an overall record of 54-10, with the team winning the Lone Star Conference regular season title and finishing as the NCAA Division II South Central Regional runner up. Stiles and the rest of the softball staff at Midwestern State were named South Central Region Coaching Staff of the Year by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.


A native of Thurmont, Md., Stiles played one year at the University of Vermont before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh for her final three seasons. She was a two-time Big East Academic All-Star selection for the Panthers, and earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the Catamounts.


Stiles earned her bachelor's degree in communication and political science from Pittsburgh in 2007, then received her master's degree in kinesiology and athletic administration from Midwestern State in 2009.

Kelliner Croushore

Kelliner Croushore enters her first season as an assistant coach at Holy Cross in 2024.


Croushore returns to The Hill after five seasons at Occidental College with two coming as head coach, one as interim head coach and two as an assistant coach. Croushore took over the Division III program in 2020, as interim head coach however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 season was cut short and the 2021 campaign was cancelled. Hired in August 2018, Croushore was the first female full-time assistant coach in Occidental Athletics history.


At Occidental, Croushore coached two Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) all-league honorees, freshman Alysha Wagner was a first team All-SCIAC honoree at shortstop in 2023 and senior Drew Samson earned second team All-SCIAC honors at catcher in 2022. The program under Croushore also had success in the classroom as 35 student-athletes were placed on the SCIAC All-Academic Team.


Before Occidental, Croushore was a volunteer assistant coach/assistant pitching coach at Georgetown and helped three players achieve All-Big East second team honors. She also had a stop at Division III Rhodes in Memphis as an assistant softball coach – pitching, outfield and hitting. At Rhodes, seven players were awarded all-league honors during Croushore’s tenure and two were named all-region.


Croushore, a co-captain, played four seasons at Holy Cross appearing in 157 games earning 117 starts. She recorded a career .242 batting average with 94 hits, 43 runs scored, eight home runs, 51 RBI, 15 doubles, 16 stolen bases and 34 walks. In the program record books, she is tied for third all-time in single season home runs (5, 2013).


On March 11, 2013, she was named the College Sports Madness Patriot League Player of the Week after hitting .300 with two home runs at the Rebel Spring Games. She was selected as one of 200 Division I athletes nationwide to participate in the 2014 NCAA Career in Sports Forum. In classroom, Croushore was a one-time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selection in 2014.


Croushore graduated from Holy Cross with a bachelor of arts in sociology in 2014 and achieved her master’s of professional studies in sports industry management from Georgetown in 2018.

Mackenzie Beyer

Mackenzie Beyer enters her first year as an assistant coach for the Holy Cross softball team for the upcoming 2024 season.


This is the first collegiate coaching stop for Beyer who played three seasons of softball at Coastal Carolina from 2019-2021. Beyer appeared in 109 games for the Chanticleers earning starts in 105 games. Over her career she hit .289 with a .425 on-base percentage, .569 slugging percentage for a .994 OPS. Beyer totaled 20 home runs, 54 RBI, and 44 runs scored. During her junior campaign, she led the team and ranked second in the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) in home runs (11). In the classroom, she was a SBC academic honors list honoree.


Beyer has spent 2023 as the Fury Platinum New England 16U head coach and giving hitting and defense lessons at the HIT Center of Rhode Island. She has also volunteered at the La Salle Academy in Providence as a coach.


Beyer graduated from Coastal Carolina with a bachelor of science in public health in 2023.
