In 2017, Maudie coached RWU to its fourth 20-win season in five years. The Hawks compiled a 12-6 record in the CCC to earn the #3 seed for the conference tournament. The Hawks advanced to the final day of the conference tournament and made it to the CCC Championship Game for the second consecutive season. Maudie also earned her 500th career win on the year, while coaching six players to All-CCC recognition and one player to the NFCA Division III All-New England Region Third Team.

In Maudie’s third year, the Hawks notched 24 wins overall and went 14-4 in conference play, entering the CCC Tournament as the #2 seed. Soon after, RWU claimed their first CCC title since 2002 after upsetting top-seeded Endicott. The Hawks also picked up their first win in NCAA Tournament history with a 2-1 win over Farmingdale State. Maudie also coached six players to All-Conference honors, including Lauren Tierney as CCC Player of the Year, and Veronica Alicea as CCC Rookie of the Year. In addition, Maudie was honored as CCC Coach of the Year.

Maudie took over a RWU squad that finished the 2010 campaign tied for eighth place in The Commonwealth Coast Conference and narrowly missed out on a berth to the CCC Tournament. After graduating five starters from the previous season, Maudie’s Hawks finished the 2011 season with 20 wins and a 15-9 regular season conference record. The Hawks earned the #5 seed in the Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament and finished in the top four of the CCC, following a narrow semi-final loss to the University of New England. Maudie’s 2011 squad placed four members on the CCC All-Conference team. Academically, the 2011 Hawks team GPA ranked in the top 100 among 395 Division III programs and the team honored four NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association) Scholar-Athlete All-Americans.

At Tennessee State, Maudie coached 40 NFCA Academic All-Americans and boasts Tennessee State’s first ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District selection. While at Tennessee State, Maudie coached 14 All-Conference players and the first ever All-Region First-Team player in Tennessee State’s history, as well as the first player from Tennessee State and the Ohio Valley Conference to play in the Women’s Professional Softball League (Antoinette Armstrong, Akron Racers). In 2007, Maudie was named the Ohio Valley Conference Coach of the Year and in 2009, her team was awarded the Sportsmanship Award.

The site worked great for the tournaments I used it for. I had many coaches respond to my contacting them. The site helped me develop confidence in getting through the recruiting process.
