  General Information
  
  LIVE schedules, scores, standings and weather alerts will be posted on this website as well as the NC USSSA mobile app, available for both Apple and Android users
  
  Game times following the first game of the day on each field are TENTATIVE! Please arrive one hour before scheduled games in case of early start. Games may start as early as 30 mins before scheduled time.
  
  Home team will be determined by coin flip
  
  There will be daily admission passes and tournament passes sold. Daily admission passes will be sold Saturday-Sunday. Please check your event's schedule page at carolinashowcase.org for details. We will not tolerate harassment of our staff. Cash only.
  
  If a game is called due to rain, weather, light failure or other acts of nature and cannot be resumed it is a regulation game if:
  
  Four (4) innings have been played or if the home team scored more runs after three and one half (3 1/2) innings the game shall be declared a complete game.
  
  Eligibility
  
  14U – Players must either be in 8^th grade or turn 15 after May 1, 2020
  
  15U – Players must either be in 9^th grade or turn 16 after May 1, 2020
  
  16U – Players must either be in 10^th grade or turn 17 after May 1, 2020
  
  17U – Players must either be in 11^th grade or turn 18 after May 1, 2020
  
  18U – Players must either be in 12^th grade or turn 19 after May 1, 2020
  
  Rosters
  
  Bring multiple copies of roster (site director, college coaches/scouts, PA announcer, etc)
  
  Baseballs
  
  Carolina Showcase Series will provide baseballs.
  
  Bats
  
  BBCOR or Wood Bats
  
  Time Limits
  
  Time limits vary by location (games can end in a tie)
  
  Mercy Rules
  
  15 runs after 3, 12 runs after 4, 8 runs after 5
  
  Lineups
  
  Teams can bat a standard 9 player lineup with or without DH
  
  Teams can bat 10 player lineup (with Extra Hitter)
  
  Teams can bat 11 player lineup (with 2 Extra Hitters)
  
  Teams can bat continuous lineup (all players in lineup)
  
  Courtesy Runners
  
  Substitutes must be used to run for pitchers and catchers
  
  Last batted out may run for pitchers and catchers if team has no substitutes
