The following Tournament Refund Policy is designed to be fair and equitible for both the tournament director(s) and participating teams. The event host incurs prior tournament expenses which cannot be recovered or returned such as; tournament awards, advertising, field rental fees and other miscellaneous expenses. All refunds are for tournament entry fees ONLY!
